Create Your Own Character

This world is open for you to explore and build within.

You’re welcome to create your own Lock, Key, or Unpaired character and place them anywhere in the city.

Guidelines:

Respect Existing Spaces:
Please do not place your character in Whiskers & Beans Café or the Kittenheels Club, as these are part of the main story.

Original Connections Only:
You may headcanon freely, but please do not make your character directly related to existing characters without asking first.

Stay Within the World:
Your character should follow the general rules of Locks, Keys, and Bonds. Powers can be unique, but should still fit the system.

Locks & Keys:
Locks have unstable abilities that require a Key to stay balanced. Keys stabilize Locks, but do not have powers of their own.

Be Mindful of Power:
Avoid making characters that are all-powerful or without limits. Every ability comes with instability, emotional ties, or consequences.

Placement in the City:
You are free to create your own workplaces, homes, and environments within the city.

Have Fun With It:
This world grows through shared creativity. You can be serious, soft, chaotic, or dramatic, just stay respectful of the space others are building in.
