Beth and Jamie come from an old-line pureblood family of Aurors. They live in a good neighbourhood with a lot of perfect neighbours. So of course they had to fit into this perfect environment. Their childhood wasn’t always fun and games. It was okay when they were younger, but as soon as they were old enough to read and write their parents hired really strict private tutors. Jamie forgot his homework and he got sent right to his father’s office. Jamie never talked about what happened behind the closed doors, but let’s just say from this day on he never forgot anything again. Beth didn’t have it a lot better. As soon as their Father realized that she has an incredible talent for Flying she had to train every day. It didn’t matter if it was their birthday or Christmas. Luckily Beth has a really strong character and temperament, she was able to still be Beth and to keep her fun side, even if she hides it from her parents. But she saw that change in Jamie… and her goal was to still make him laugh. At first, she didn’t succeed; he got really emotionless. One day she had the idea to prank him and he just went furious. Now they laugh over that memory. Their bond grew stronger and stronger and both couldn’t wait to go to Hogwarts and finally be free. The moment when they both were sorted in the same house was better than any Christmas ever.

But even in Hogwarts, they weren’t allowed to bring back bad grades. And Beth keeps the tradition to prank Jamie every now and then as a reminder for Both of them not to go emotionless. That’s when she met Irk they both realized their ambition for pranks. They often got compared with the Weasley twins and who knows perhaps the twins left some prank material for them. Jamie first noticed Irk when Beth and Irk played a prank on Jamie, where they made all letters in his book disappear so he couldn’t read them anymore.  When they have to go home Jamie still wears his mask, that goes that far that they don’t even know that he has piercings or that he’s gay.

Beth is at home over the years she got more confident and began to stand up to her father despite the …physical consequences. It was more of a way for getting the pressure off of Jamie more than anything she knew how hard he was trying to to the prefect son but for beth now in her 6 the year she didn’t care anymore.she may be a prankster but there are definitely some walls up and locked doors. After Jamie went missing Beth was broken inside her mother was emotionless towards her : her father was worse being more “strict “ physically with her. She was broken and pushed away everyone and had very dark thoughts. Once she found Jamie she was both angry and relieved. she found it hard to even look at him for a while but she still loved him. the day she found out he was gay and liked Irk was amazing she always knew he was hiding something from her and so she was glad that he had fallen for the other most important person in her life. Beth on the other hand fell for someone no one expected. mike. she hid it for a while worried about what her father would do and was worried Jamie wouldn’t approve but at the ball, things changed. She didn’t care what her parents said about him. Jamie’s approval of Mike is something she really needs as he is her family. She took that leap of faith. she never speaks to anyone about what she’s feeling inside she has to be the happy go lucky prankster who is confident and strong but inside she just wants to be appreciated by her parents for who she is and not to be this perfect little girl. And Jamie irk and her boyfriend see her for who she is not what her parents want 

After the incident at the mansion, she and Mike decided to go separate ways but still remain good friends. Both beth and Jamie had many episodes in which they almost lost themselves however despite the scars the twins bond is what makes them strong. Currently, Jamie is enjoying his potion-making while beth thrives in quidditch alongside their older sister penny who is now taken custody of the twins and teaches at the school (even if it’ll take time for the sibling  bond to grow back ) 

After everything that had happened Beth and Leo began to be drawn to each other which inevitably blossomed into a romance and they fell for each other. Jamie didn’t take it well at first but is getting there with the idea of his sister and best friend being together( even if he still wants to murder Leo.)

Jamie was happy for his sister, especially since he broke up with irk over Christmas. They’re still friends, it just didn’t feel right anymore. So their ways separated. And now in the present, the twins are in their 6th year and healing; finally being able to live life for themselves alongside their friends and loved ones.
